Service Description. This Site describes Deck Building , Fence Installation , Lawn Care , Landscaping, Drywall Repair provided by Carolina Outdoor and Home. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Carolina Outdoor and Home or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

End of Use. Carolina Outdoor and Home may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Carolina Outdoor and Home makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Carolina Outdoor and Home's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Carolina Outdoor and Home from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under SC law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in SC for any related dispute.
